Senior data and analytics engineer with 5+ years of experience designing and managing end-to-end data solutions for complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. At the United Nations, I build and maintain data pipelines, governance frameworks, interactive dashboards, and reporting systems used by government ministries and senior leadership across the MENA region — combining deep technical expertise with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable decisions.
Education B.Sc. Physics, Lebanese University — Faculty of Sciences (2013 — 2016). Foundation in quantitative reasoning, statistics, and analytical problem-solving.

Led end-to-end program management of an automated social expenditure monitoring system deployed simultaneously across multiple ministries of finance — owning the full lifecycle from requirements and build through risk management, country rollout, and post-deployment support.

Designed, built, and maintained 100+ scalable data pipelines supporting large-scale economic, social, and geospatial data analysis across multiple country programs — with stringent validation, cleansing, quality controls, and CI/CD via Azure DevOps ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.

Developed and maintained interactive dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI, Tableau, and R Shiny — customizing outputs to specific stakeholder needs and enabling real-time performance monitoring for senior leadership and government sponsors.
